Inside the EraseMe Client Portal

Most privacy services ask you to trust a promise. We’d rather walk you through the actual product, screen by screen. This is the EraseMe client portal, the workspace every client uses: your cases tracked as they move, your exposure mapped, and everything we’re doing for you visible in one secure place. Every screenshot below shows demonstration data, for obvious reasons.

the tour / step 01

1It starts before you even log in

The moment you become a client, one email arrives with everything in it: how to register your portal account, and your consent form to sign. That form matters, nothing gets removed until you’ve signed it, because we act on your explicit authority or not at all. It’s a two-minute step, and it’s the legal backbone of everything that follows.

2Signing in

Your portal lives one click from our homepage, the login button sits at the top of eraseme.co.uk, so there’s never a strange URL to remember. Sign in with the details you set at registration, and if you’ve forgotten your password, the reset link sorts it in a minute.

3A guided welcome, not a deep end

Your first login opens with a short guided tour: what each tab is, what you can do there, and how the whole system works for you. No manual, no guesswork, and if you ever want a refresher, you can retake the tour any time from your dashboard.

4Your dashboard: the whole picture

After the tour you land on your dashboard, and here’s a detail clients love: there’s often work already waiting, cases our team opened during your onboarding, before you’d even logged in. The dashboard shows your overall progress across everything: data broker suppression, facial recognition, breach monitoring, your anti-spam registrations, and a recent-activity feed, plus quick links to explore other services, our guides, and the FAQs.

5Cases: every request, tracked like a parcel

The Cases tab holds everything we’re working on for you, broker removals, facial-recognition findings, specific URLs you’ve asked us to tackle, each with a live status you can follow: Request sent → In progress → Completed, with clear flags when something needs your attention or ours. No ‘trust us, it’s happening’: you watch it move.

Click into any case and you get the full story: exactly what was requested and where, how far along it is, any notes from the team, and any escalations. And completed removals aren’t simply forgotten, we rescreen them later to confirm your data hasn’t quietly crept back, which with data brokers it otherwise tends to do.

6Data brokers: pick your targets

If you’re being bombarded with sales calls, marketing emails and phishing, this page is the big one. It lists the UK data brokers we cover, and depending on your plan, you choose which ones to target, or simply ask: the ‘speak to our team’ option connects you with an EraseMe specialist who’ll advise which brokers matter most for your situation if your package has a set number of slots.

7EraseMe Intelligence: your face, searched, with your consent

Our facial-recognition system, built specifically for clients. You submit your photos, we run the search, and your findings arrive here as a downloadable report showing where your facial features appear online, including the places you’d never think to look. From the findings you select the images you want us to pursue for removal, where removal is possible, and we get to work. How often the checks run depends on your package, from a one-off sweep to monthly monitoring.

8Breach monitoring: the leaks you never knew about

We run data-breach monitoring for our clients, and this report surprises almost everyone, because companies don’t exactly advertise it when they’ve been hacked. It shows which known breaches involve your details, what kind of information was exposed, and where available, the specifics. The practical value is immediate: if a breached site holds the same email-and-password combination you use elsewhere, you’ll see it, and you’ll know exactly which passwords to change today.

9Reports: the paper trail

One click, one download: a report summarising everything that’s happened on your account, the cases, their outcomes, the state of play. Useful for your own records, reassuring to re-read, and for our business clients, exactly the documentation a compliance file wants.

10Support and your account, on your terms

Questions go through the Support tab: open a ticket, it’s assigned to an EraseMe representative, and you’re notified the moment there’s an answer, or just email us, whichever you prefer. And in My Profile you control the practical bits: change your password, check your details, and set your notification preferences, tick one box and every case update lands in your email inbox as well as the portal’s notification bell, so nothing ever moves without you knowing.

the honest bit

What we’re showing you, and what we deliberately aren’t

Everything above uses demonstration data. Showing you a real client’s exposure would rather defeat the purpose of a privacy company, and no screenshot on this page comes from a live account.

And you’ll notice we haven’t toured every corner of the portal. Some areas, the ones handling your most sensitive material, stay off the shop floor by design: describing exactly what’s stored where, publicly, would be a gift to precisely the people we protect you from. Security through showing off is no security at all; ask us anything about how your data is protected on the consultation, those are the right questions to ask.

common questions

Portal FAQs

Do I have to use the portal to be a client?
No. Some clients log in weekly; others tick the email-notification box, read updates from their inbox and rarely log in at all. The portal exists so everything is visible whenever you want it, not to give you homework.
Are these screenshots from a real client?
No, everything on this page uses demonstration data. Real client information never appears in our marketing, full stop.
When do I get access?
At onboarding: your welcome email arrives, you register and sign the consent form, and from that point you can watch findings arrive and removals start moving. The free consultation comes first and needs no account at all.
Will I know when something happens on my case?
Always, the portal’s notification bell logs every update, and if you switch on email notifications in your profile, each update lands in your inbox too, with a link straight to the case.
